It's been two weeks since I checked this, but I was #1 for keywords "Foot Domination". Ironically, I started an ad words campaign for keywords I was not doing well with and spent $1000 hoping to boost organic results in those keywords. The whole thing backfired on me. Dropping that campaign immediately.
