I used them about 3 years ago and left because of network instability. It might be better now. They're good enough for a proxy though.

Actually, I was looking to get a sense of who thinks what and who knows what about them. Several hosts tell me they are scammers, hosting credit card thieves, ddos peeps, etc. I realize they run a kind of pay little we don't know anything...and their homebase is NL so I guess it is what it is.

I also need a good vpn for asia.

I have run a few proxies off them. I have had no issues with them but I use a reseller.

Ah, maybe thats where you are safe. I see you cannot use them for anything in production but proxy's are fine I guess.

Its just their rep is so bad. I'd only want to pay them at the Chicago office, in cash, getting a receipt with a videotape of the transact.

Wasn't asking another host about them. Host provided the IP for an on-going ddos. It is coming from fdcservers.net out of Chi-town.
If you google them, shady is the nice word for them.
