Completely inaccurate. It has to be applied by the book or you lose safe harbor. You can't have favors for buddies and still claim safe harbor. DMCA doesn't work that way.
What tube sites / file lockers do you guys own?

Chances are a real DMCA was sent after this thread was ignored. Fabian wouldn't risk losing his entire enterprise over Ariel Rebel. No offense to Ariel, she's hot. But she's not worth what Fabian stands to lose by doing that.
That said, if this is the sort of thing going on, as it is according to Axel, those who have been wanting to take a few hard hitting legal swings and a few companies should start paying attention and screen capping.
