    Doesnt pay for chargebacks and still call it PPS.

    1) is this normal ?

    previously they used to have like 2 prechecked cross sales on join forms.

    so my query is

    2) if someone joins them for "Free registration and 2 prechecked cross sales" why wouldnt they chargeback ?

      Well normally it's ok to swallow chargeback on PPS but yes what you say does have sense you cant expect normal sale when you offer free while you charge fortune for access.
