the content owners are too lazy to sue.

right now they are still getting sales/rebills, the well will run dry then it will be too late.

tubes pop up in too many places. The only thing content makers can do is put a WATERMARK that has a .com on ALL video's that way the people watching on tube sites at least see the domain its coming from....
