    3D Printers For Starters

I'm looking to pick up a 3D printer...for home hobbyist sort of stuff.

Anyone have one, know which are better than others or What the cost of the materials is likely to be?

I figured before looking into all of it on my own, maybe someone on GFY can save me some of the legwork if you own one already.

Any worthwhile sites, books on the subject or other relevant info is also appreciated.

    Thanks

HP Designjet 3D. But keep in mind, the material cardridges are expensive and dongled with a chip. Also you need a CAD software to design your stuff or downwload from pirate bay.
