Costco has a tree for kids and we usually grab between 10 and 20 from the tree and get things for them. Depending on the age its toys to clothes and last year we had a couple kids at the age of 15 so it was clothes and watches.

We also from time to time around holidays buy peoples groceries in the store when we think they are a deserving family.
