    Watch yo' ass - Fark.com is attempting to trademark NSFW

    If they get this through court (even though pretty much every site on earth can probably claim some form of prior-art, but it's not as though the court system operates on a sense of logic...), it could be a bit of a pain in the ass for those of you with adult and mainstream mixed content sites:

      That'd be like trying to trademark "Caution, Wet Paint"

      Someone probably needs to try to quash it before it gets anywhere if it's something that's gonna create a problem down the road..

                              Has to be a publicity stunt...I hope. This reminds me of the time Trump wanted to trademark "You're Fired!" Some people seriously have nothing better to do in their lives than convince us of how fucked up they are...sheesh!
