    Rotating banner plugin suggestions

    What's a good WP plugin for displaying a random linked banner? I did a quick plugin search and a good number I looked at have not been updated in a couple of years and so am unsure if they will work with the latest version of WP.

    I have recently added buttons for programs to add my site to their resource lists, and would like to show my added appreciation to those programs that choose to link back to me with increased visibility on my site.

              I try to move it to a VPS and I still don't know how to configure the new nameservers on CentOS.

                      Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
