I'd say don't fire him. Instead, manage those you pay for services better. Voice to them actually how you wish to have things delivered as the client. Getting on the same page will likely save you the trouble of finding a new accountant. The less people that know your revenue and business model the better imo. Just a poor bastards opinion though. I don't even need an accountant. I don't make enough for one.
