unpermitted location with no showers or bathrooms, negotiated with the
talent and gave me a list of stuff to shoot (little did I know he told
them only 1/2 of what was on my sheet) He then put the talent through a
grueling shoot. Shot 6 complete scenes with stills, video and acting
scenarios which I completed in record time with no brakes and no food or
water supplied by Ama Joe Many hours later the talent laughed when he
tried to blame me for taking too long. They complained that they did
twice what was agreed upon at the start of the shoot to no avail. He
just called the agent and tried shift blame and squirm out of paying
more, but I am sure the agent knew what was up or found out after
talking to the talent.
The talent loudly stated they would never work for him again and stormed
out after thanking me for being nice to them and assuring me it was not
my fault. Three weeks later he only paid me 1/3 of what we agreed apon
even though every single still was perfectly exposed and video was way
better than his "features" that were shot by the shakiest camera camera
I have scene and were certainly not capable of ataining over 2 stars
from avn I heard he has hired (set up scam) many camera people just to
get the talent cheap and keep them longer that agreed upon and blame it
on them (set up scam) I was going to call the labor board on him but
seemed like too much trouble, may still...
Agents - bear in mind any producer is responsible for his employees
actions.
Talent, industry professionals, suppliers and everyone else - Stay away
from this lying, cheating, rip off artist. Why spend so much time,
energy and effort trying to rip people off when if you treat them right
riches will come back to you tenfold?

Joe from AMA.......Burns Talent $500.00

Monday, August 22nd, 2005. Jessica Jammer was hired for a g/g set
at 12:00pm to shoot for AMA Video. She was told by AMA, payment can be
picked up on the 31st of August. It has been now 1 month later,
still NO PAYMENT! Details were that 3 girls were hired from me to
shoot that day and I was told that all checks would be available on
August 31, 2005, along with management fees. August 31, I go to AMA ,
7334 Topanga Canyon Rd, to collect all checks for the girls. Joe
proceeds to hand me one check for the total amount of 1,300. I asked
him why he was paying me in one check for 3 different girls and myself,
his response..... That is all I have in the budget . I replied
with that is not acceptable, as well as, this is not the original
agreement. So he paid the other two girls their agreed rates and
told me that he was going to contact his producer and myself and have a
meeting to discuss the issue. After several attempts to contact him,
he has refused to pay both Jessica and myself. He has also refused to
speak to either one of us. A total of 3 girls shot that day and 2
were paid, but not Jessica Jammer.

His response now is to contact his lawyer.

I was not going to post this at all, until after reading that he had
burned a producer on another occasion for location fee. I feel that by
bringing this issue to light, that not only will both of us possibly be
compensated as originally agreed upon, in addition there might be other
talent with similar stories.

Also so you know I am not going to stop trying to hurt Joe's Business because he hurt mine! I have proof of that as well. He called the permit office and cops to my studio!

I told her to register the domain but she couldnt as she didnt have a credit card. All in all the site was built and delivered as per our deal. What she did with it was up to her. Her husband Jack got with me and I approved the domain transfer and gave them FTP acess to grab the site. Boottom line is she approached me for this.

She was under contract for a 12 month period where she was paid a monthly fee to do x amount of content that I owned and I also agreed to give her 50% of all residuals to website that I paid to build and develop. I owned the domain and the site design and all content shot during her contract. She also gave some content that she previously owned. As time went by she showed extremely little dedication to working her site so I approached her about selling the site. She agreed and CASHED THE CHECK I WROTE HER for her share of the sale of the site. She cashed it same day. I got my money back I invesyed in the site and she got 50% of what was left. I even showed her reciepts for every penny developing the site.

The content on both sites is owned by me and if i wanna selll it to 1 million webmasters its my choice.

Personally, I don't believe that is a good way to settle arguments...

If you have to settle this in a fight, then I suggest you do so in an organized way that makes sure that Donny isn't carrying a weapon, etc (I wouldn't put anything past him given his past dirty tactics).

It might be entertaining to put this on as a fight at Internext. I'm sure there have to be training centers in Las Vegas that would let you stage a boxing exhibition, and you would both have plenty of witnesses.

I have not seen either one of you fight, but I've met Joe, and I would not want to fight him (he's pretty big and he plays hockey). I have never seen Donny in person, but he is pretty thin and looks scrawny (I hear he is good at beating up girls though).

Whatever you two decide, please make a condition of your fight (if you both think it has to come to that), that whomever wins, the battle is over, and then focus your energies on winning the most business for your respective production companies.
