CHATSWORTH, Calif. ? Reality porn pioneer Shane?s World Studios has purchased Hush-Hush Entertainment. The acquisition was finalized today after being in the works for eight months, Shane?s World Vice President of Sales Megan Stokes told XBIZ.
Shane?s World has enjoyed a very close professional relationship with Hush-Hush Entertainment, a studio best known for its ?Blackzilla? series featuring Shane Diesel. The acquisition doesn?t involve major personnel changes and Stokes said the companies would essentially merge resources, facilities, production and staff under the Shane?s World banner.
?This acquisition was a no-brainer for us,? Shane's World co-owner Jennie Grant said. ?Hush-Hush Entertainment is a leader in quality reality content. They have made a huge name for themselves with their many brands. The ability to bring another strong reality powerhouse into the fold gives us the chance to diversify our content and expand into even more markets.?
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
