I've never really been that much of a fan. They're usually too long and and often boring, and Craig's are the worst of all. At least previously they had a sense of humor, and character, and were identifiable as James Bond movies. Craig is miserable and charmless, and his 'Bond' movies could be anything, not specifically Bond. Why bother making a Bond movie if it doesn't even look like a Bond movie?
The 70s and early/mid 80s movies are the least worst ones for me, with perhaps Live And Let Die the one I like best, though I think I liked 'A View To A Kill', and I loved Marayam D'Abo in The Living Daylights, though it's a poor film.
Those three movies all have themes I like too, with Live And Let Die probably the best theme of all, and the music is easily the best thing about Bond films. The theme for Skyfall at least sounds like a Bond theme, even if the movie won't look like one.
Any one of the Bourne trilogy is way way better than any Bond though.
Interesting thing about Timothy Dalton, who played Bond in the late 80s, was that he was wanted by the producers for the role in 1968.
