So I have like 500 movies on Xtube from different studios, and for 2 months I have been promissed a payment. First Epass failed for some weird reason. Then it took me like 2-3 weeks to have my wire info approved, and now they dont answer my emails regarding doing a wire. Its not like its any big money, only 1-2k, but.... are they in big financial trouble? Anyone knows anything?

I'd love to hear the answer to this too. You're wholesaling for them AND getting the VOD/PPV money from those DVD titles? Even if your splitting the profits or just collection the funds, having a middle man in for VOD money is fucking foolish.
Unless these are 500 titles you own outright? 500 DVDs is ALOT of titles. Something doesn't smell right here.Comment

So we did pay you on the 6th and a simple phone call to the number on the bottom of your contract would have worked to figure out your wire info. I know that you did not e-mail myself or Justin about this and I got your forward from Lance shortly after he left. Keep in mind 1 late payment do to e-pass freezing us can not be held against us nor do I think it requires it's own tread.
