Why you haven't included the message we have sent you? 11 uniques - 11 signups, of course this is not a fraud. Almost all days there was a 1:1 conversion, and one day convert was 1:0 (omg!). So I guess everything is clear.

Yes it can be carders, but not always. I got something like this from "chat traffic", which is filipino's mostly, who got some western bf's. Their deal with bf's it is, they go signup paying the smallest fee like $10, so the filipina get the PPS. The sale it is real and not chargebacked, but the users pay only this initial fee and gone forever. So not worth for cam site, for sure.
