Wow this is awesome for us Aussies if we ever wanted a local US presence. Do you ship to Australia ?

Does that just mean it's extra to ship to OZ?
Also, will it work with our phone system down here (we have RJ-11 or RJ45 adapters too) or would we need a US phone or something?
