The defense budget is the FIRST thing that should be slashed. We really don't need a military that damn big.
But with the govt. spending 10.6 BILLION dollars every day..spending cuts are exactly what is going to have to happen.
I heard a statistic on the news that said if the Federal govt. just actually CONFISCATED everyone's money past the $250,000 mark...not tax it...but just TAKE 100% of everybody's money that is earned over $250,000...it would run the U.S. govt. for about ONE month!!!!
Spending is exactly what needs to stop. 10.6 BILLION a day? That is outrageous.
