You have space in your condo for a business so you want to figure out what business to start to fill that space? Furthermore you've come to ask this on a porn forum where more than likely it will just be, "Start an internet company where ppl use their credit cards".

If you are trying to lease this out to other in as commercial space it will likely need to be zoned for this and they will need a local business license etc depending on the services rendered.

It's going to matter if following city codes for zoning. Then the matter of what's allowed in the condo based off the association rules for the building. Things to try - AirBnB is one. Or if you have a great backdrop. Wedding and portrait photos with the city behind. The studio might might bite one time and then realize what a pain in the ass it is and never come back but if the city has lots of weddings....Comment

Some girls really can't work from home because of family, boyfriend, etc and hat is not hard to set up webcam studio. Most important to get is fast and stable Internet access because if you keep few girls working at the same time they would make pretty high upstream. Usually video stream takes ~1 mbps but I would recommend 3Mbps per webcam connection (upload) because girls may stream on 2-3 webcam sites at the same time.
Laptop with very good PTZ controlled camera from ebay would cost ~$2000 and you can save if you get used equipment. Add furniture, some outfit for girls, toys on top of that.
If you want to earn extra from it put few cameras around the house and build a webcam site for voyeurs which would be very good marketing platform. Keep it free for some time to become popular and then make some features available only for members but still allow free members.
