I actually like lasagna better the second day. Usually, the first night it's very messy and sloppy. On the second time around, it's usually firmer and easier to eat.Comment

If you want the full recipe let me know. Its a pasta primavera you can improvise with.
But boil up some pasta, like macaroni or some such. Roast vegetables, peppers on stove, use garlic and olive oil... Put in container and THEN and refrigerate. Its really cheap to do and tastes fantastic especially with beer or cheap wine the next day...oh wait, sorry, with ice tea for you the next day. Tastes the best days 2 and 3.
Expensive to purchase at shishi market but very cheap to make at home. Less than 10 bucks USD for 2-3 days worth of food for 2.Comment

Dunno TBH... I normally get them arrive in perfect condition. But not last night...
Prob TMI, but my local chinese, who normally feed me on a Friday Eve, was unexpectedly shut, so I went for 'Plan B'
Basically, it wasn't anywhere near normal standard, but this morning, it was BETTER than usual !
