That looks like the mall in downtown Seattle... which is surprises me but on closer inspection I see that it is all hipsters. So I realize now it was probably a trick like those police roundups where they call a bunch of people with outstanding warrants to come downtown because they just won a big prize. When everyone shows up then Microsoft reps all try to pawn off the overstock of Windows phones.
