There is no other phone/tablet/computer company that offers this level of support. If you are technically savvy to some degree, and can figure out how to use your phone/tablet/computer on your own, good for you, but for the people like my 66 year old mother-in-law who are buying a tablet computer for the first time, and have no clue what it really can do, Apple offers FREE one-on-one training in-store to make sure you are able to get the most from your device.

Nobody is forcing anyboy to buy/use Apple .... but why is it so cool for non-Apple users to bash the people who choose to buy Apple products? I have never understood this phenomenon for the life of me!!!!

If you don't like Apple, or think it is 3 times over-priced considering your Acer will do everything an Apple device will ..... then GOOD FOR YOU ..... but your Acer device, and be happy .... bashing and belittling Apple users serves no purpose.

I drive a Nissan Altima SE-R ..... I do not drive around town laughing at, belittling, and bashing Mercedes owners. What would be the point?
