It does not matter if you own an original iPod, or the newest Retina display Macbook Pro, the Genius Bar - located in every Apple Store - will give you FREE tech support whether your product is in warranty or not!

I asked the guy why every time I was at the gym my phone restarted my playlist on a different song at random and the guy asked "where did you get he songs" and told me the files were corrupt because i was using a PC and if I downloaded them from a mac it would have worked.
Then later that night Jimmy3way (huge fanboy who's a webmaster) told me it's the shake feature on the phone and how to turn it off. And to top it off you can't even do anything in the store without going online and setting up an appointment.I host with VacaresComment

My point is that when you buy an apple product, you get free support for the lifetime of that product, regardless warranty or if you bought it new, used, or other ...
There is no other phone/tablet/computer company that offers this level of support. If you are technically savvy to some degree, and can figure out how to use your phone/tablet/computer on your own, good for you, but for the people like my 66 year old mother-in-law who are buying a tablet computer for the first time, and have no clue what it really can do, Apple offers FREE one-on-one training in-store to make sure you are able to get the most from your device.
Nobody is forcing anyboy to buy/use Apple .... but why is it so cool for non-Apple users to bash the people who choose to buy Apple products? I have never understood this phenomenon for the life of me!!!!
If you don't like Apple, or think it is 3 times over-priced considering your Acer will do everything an Apple device will ..... then GOOD FOR YOU ..... but your Acer device, and be happy .... bashing and belittling Apple users serves no purpose.

I bought a GS3, I think my old 4S was better in a lot of aspects. Love the screen and hundreds of features, (most of which I don't use) on my GS3 though.

ha ha, love the brainwashed sheep on both sides. Any programmers in the house? Java = Android, insanely inefficient, laggy, resource hog. Visual C# = iPhone, very efficient, snappy and way more powerful.
Anyone wonder why the first 2G iPhones did everything snappy 6 years ago with a POS processor and 128mb of RAM? 6 years later my GS3 with a fucking QUAD CORE processor and 2GB ram stalls for a couple seconds when transitioning?
My GS3 is a very nice phone, but it's more than just a badge kids. The iPhone is a way more refined phone in-terms of the OS and 3rd party apps written specifically for it. You can scream about features until you're blue in the face but no Android phone is close in those aspects.
Battery life.
Fluidity.
Responsiveness.
3rd Party Application Performance.
Java runtime will never get there, put a processor with 8 cores and even shittier battery life and maybe it can get closer.
