Jesus Christ... I think everyone in this entire thread is throwing fanboy accusations at me now. I'm a pretty objective dude... and yes, everything you're saying is correct. I weighed all of these pro's / con's before I bought what I have.
I fully understand the limitations of Apple products. Yes, they lock you into an ecosystem that is fairly limiting. Yes, they have stupid connectors that they charge a lot of money for. Yes, iTunes totally sucks. Yes, the phone doesn't have features that it clearly should.
But IN MY OPINION... it's still the most polished, well designed device you can buy. iOS may not have the ability to do all sorts of things you can do with ICS or Jelly Bean... but it's more slick. And I do realize I'm paying the Apple tax.
