About the splitter, part of the traffic it could be taken by it, try change splitters for example webcamsplitter, and see if any difference:

Other advises are to use one site with firefox, one with explorer and one with chrome (but after they fix the greenish color bug in next revision), since these are indepednent flash versions and may use the multi cores better this way. Opera and safari share with firefox.
Flash 11.4 latest seems to use multi-core better.. the issue it is if you have 4 or 8 cores then flash uses one only, it will slow down when 25% of pc as 25% is 100% of 1/4 of your cpu i.e. one core filled and dumb encoder don't use the other ones.
PS: We have also an "offline, for appointment only" site, chatgf.com . On this one the girl must not (and can not) have free chat, simply sets her status "online" in a button, and only if someone want to private her, she gets a beep then to accept and open the chat. Guys can see only a recorded video and photos of her... This is also popular to girls as it is not eating any cpu, bandwidth or "model chat brain" while waiting for a private.. girl click "I am online" and forgets the page there until anyone buy a private. This system it was popular in the past esp. europe, and it is available as option in most sites, but members are too much used to free chat with even free nude and play, to rely on "offline" sites only anymore
