To transfer funds to another Paxum account holder simply login to your account, click Transfer Funds in the top menu. Then select 'Transfer funds to another account holder'.
All you need is the email address of the person you wish to send money to. Specify the amount, the currency, and the email address and click send. The payment is sent instantly to the person you are paying. No holds. The fee to transfer to another Paxum account is $0.25 USD per transaction for personal clients, and $1.00 USD per transaction for business clients.
