Russia and China are making to much money to start shit with the United States, however they need to show that they're opposing their biggest economical partner, but they would never lead it to war. Then there is Israel that has stashed 40 nukes in the desert and the Arabs know that. Arabs are well known to be dogs that bark and if they want to keep on barking when Israel blows the fuck out or Iran they'd better stay away.
