I may not be the most experienced webmaster but anybody with a brain wouldn´t post an idea with serious potential on any board. Wanna know? Sign a NDA and I will tell you.

Delicate balance in raising money! You do have to give a vague summary that does not disclose any "secrete ingredients, but demonstrates you have an understanding of the subject matter and are worth serious consideration.

Take first step, then second, then ...

I have found VERY good business partners on discussion boards. It depends on the individuals - not the medium.

I am all about talking and discussing the ideas and potential after signing a NDA. This can actually become a very large business operation and I estimate ROI will be in the short-mid term if I can partner with an experienced entrepreneur. My idea doesn´t compete with anybody and opens a new way of monetizing any type of adult traffic. Sponsors will benefit from cross sales, webmasters will have something new to promote, content producers will gain a new market. I can´t think of anybody not profiting from this, although I would like to be able to get some input.

How easy it for someone else to copy your idea once its public?

I do not have the expertise to develop something like it, so if I make it public anybody with funds and contacts will do it first ( isn´t it like that everywhere? )

Get a patent , trademark and copyright

oh and by the way - you know your NDA means jack shit right? Anyone who signs it is stil lgoing to do it if they want to. If you want something done .. do it alone. Partners = trouble 99.9% of the time.
