I don't believe a WWIII will ever come. We're too globalized of a world nowadays, so one developed nation attacking another developed nation is the same as attacking yourself. For example, you think the US is going to go to war with China? Both, the US and Chinese economies would plummet almost overnight if that happened.

WW3 will never come. Look at what is happening between China and Japan right now. I believe the US has a treaty in place with Japan that limits their offensive ability, but requires us to help defend Japan if attacked. China going to war with the US is a stretch, and they might be able to beat us... But imagine the fall out if they did - The economy in China would grind to a halt because they would have no one to make products for....
