Found some of my photos on a site how to remove?

I found a shitload of pictures I've taken and never sold on a website.
    nudesbay.com

I don't intend on selling the pictures I have.

Should I bother trying to get them to take them down since they are obviously stolen content?

Sure, send a DMCA takedown request - if they don't listen send it to their hosting company.

Agreed. They host with hostgator (an American company) and will get your content removed, or remove their service if they ignore.

Do I have to send a dmca for every picture?
There's got to be hundreds of my pictures on that site.

you can list them in one. and hostgator are quite responsive if the site doesn't remove it themselves.

Agreed. You basically need to link to each piece of infringing content (exact URLs). And you may do so with one DMCA notice (one message).

I would just email and ask for something, like links. If no response, ddos his site, it would be a lot less involvement on your part and more satisfaction for you
Certainly a few on here could help with that.

DMCA takedown to the host. Sending anything to the registrar will be a waste of time. Hostgator is usually responsive, but I've had some problems with them in the past.
