Not looking good for Michael Vick!

The two guys that agreed to testify against and provided evidence against Michael Vick were sentenced to 18 and 21 months. So it figures Vick will receive at least the 21 month sentence probably more. The judge is not sympathetic at all. Good for him!

      So what has changed?

It was always expected that he would get 18-21 months and would only serve 10-14 with good behavior.

      This is not news.

I hope they throw the book at Vick. He deserves it.

Well, if the guys rolling over looking for deals got 18-21 months (todays news) it stands to reason he will receive quite a bit more which does pretty much end his career.

If he gets to years, he will probably serve only 6 months, right?

This is Federal not state, he might not get any parole.

He is also facing other charges on the state level. The trial doesn't start for another couple of months. If he is convicted there he may have to serve more time for the state once he gets done with the feds. It won't be unheard of between the two of them to see him serve 3-4 years.
