I won't make this a copyright discussion.... go read up on copyright... yes a kid running a blog is acceptable. He is commenting on something without using a work as a whole or making claim that it is his original work. A photograph referencing a subject is completely acceptable. He doesn't have to identify the work as being from a specific location.. the mere fact that he is identifying the photographer is plenty (who also happens to be the subject).ICQ: 370 037 008Comment

I wouldn't think that removing a watermark is a big issue (you I would think are addressing that he has it on there and is thereby losing his promotional ability for FTV??)... especially when they credit the picture to him. Someone did do this to me (Maxim competitor) and your lawyer would be incapable of attempting to run a successful copyright case. The ones that know what they are doing (there aren't many of them) quoted me $250K for a reasonable attempt. Copyright violations aren't slam-dunk cases. Why do you think Pirate Bay gets away with what they do? As do all the tube sites and torrents, etc.

Yes I understand copyright law pretty well (probably better than you). TV stations would be in deep water if your thoughts held up... I bet their attorneys are pretty damn knowledgeable about copyright. Try reading up on it, it's worth it before you make statements. Commenting on the news is well within copyright exclusions (i would bet that blogging would fall under this).
Whomever Brian is, I honestly couldn't give a shit.

Is it true Rob works one day a week as a dentist for the poor in some kind of clinic. That's what someone said in the comments over at TMZ. Not that comments on TMZ are a reliable source of information but if that's true it's pretty nice of him.
When this whole thing broke I felt all warm and fuzzy knowing that GFY was only concerned with the public safety and not outraged out of sheer jealousy. I wasn't running around doing anything, and after reviewing my posts there is nothing since that point to this that was negative, so you should probably get your facts straight also.
Rob called me out and labeled me with the dregs of the photographers that do test shoots to avoid paying models. He didn't know what the hell he was talking about and I took issue with it. If he has issue with me calling him a dumbass for driving over 200 he is welcome to talk to me anytime he wants. I would even be happy to accept his collect call from jail when he has the time. i will still call him a dumbass.
I didn't act like anything because I shot Alison. She's a cute girl, she converts well, but honestly, her terms to shoot with me again have always been too high/costly. She wanted the content immediately after the shoot so she could use it on her site as well. Sorry.. not gonna happen when I am paying you also.
If I were asked to shoot her again for an assignment, I would, but have no interest in booking her on my own at her terms.. As far as considering her a "choice" shoot to walk around with my nose up in the air about, I have shot far more impressive and notorious models than she and still not felt the need to do anything more than display the pictures.
