Because if you did then I will take it down, it is your image that the "meme" is based on.
However, if you did not send it, and LC sent it then I am probably going to take him to court. I do not see him as having any rights to it unless he is recognizable in the image, which he is not. I could be wrong but if he sent it i think he just sent a false DMCA which is punishable by up to a $100,000.00 fine.
