To get a sizeable investment grant, loan, investment today. The people with the money want to know everything and I do mean everything. Company inside out, products, growth plans, history, market, it's growth or shrinkage, history, future. The last thing they would do is give anyone 9 figures on a company being investigated or charged with money laundering.
At best is smacks of terrible management, at worse it could be the tip of an iceberg.
Going again for a 9 figure investment the giver will want a real in depth look at it's gamble. Anyone with two brain cells can see online porn is in decline. Manwin might be soaking up what some getting out are losing. The industry as a whole is still losing and Manwin is buying up a growing tumour.
Now this is speculation. Maybe someone is behind it, buying up declining companies as quick as possible for a cheap price or a staggered repayment. With the intention of over time, soaking up more sales than the buy outs are costing.
Mike, correct me if I'm wrong. Won't Manwin become visible to shareholder even if they do the back door thing? Who wants shares when the holding or even part of the company isn't declaring accounts?
