Donny, I've been around the block a few times. Now, I'm not the most successful guy (in porn) on the board, nor have I been around the longest. But, I'm pretty well respected in this industry and I have to tell you that you are way way off in your handling of this.

You can have the best content in the world at ridiculous prices, and at the end of the day more people will not buy from you just because of this little display than will.

-If you think you will hurt Joe's business...you won't.
-If you think you will get some recognition from the drama...you won't
-If you think you will pressure Joe into paying you...you won't
-If you think you are going to eliminate competition...you won't

So what do you accomplish? At the end of the day, it makes you look bad, and I personally would be hesitant to do business with someone who acts like this. Now, I know I'm not alone, and If I think it, chances are a bunch of people do too. That's potential customers down the drain. Never throw away business, trust me on this.

If you truly were screwed out of money or whatever, you need to be an adult and a businessman and either take it to court or beat Joe in the marketplace with good old fashion competition. This little display does little for your credibility and your image as a businessman even if you are 100% right in what you say.

Brad Mitchell is probably the single nicest guy I have ever met in my entire life. Brad's word is better than Gold to me and many MANY other people.

Joe and I have also had our differences in the past.....But I know a number of people who have done and continue to do business with him. I've also referred him several clients over the years and worked with some of the same models he has. I've only seen one girl complain about him. I've heard a lot of rumors models have spread about me that I know are not true. Taking the average model's word....especially porn valley models, is not a smart way to conduct business.

You on the other hand have only demonstrated your complete lack of education, morals (yes, morals even in porn), and downright stupidity.

Not that Joe needs another bump for his character, but knowing that a small time player like me can vouch for him should say something. I sent a model to him years ago from Ohio who had never shot in the biz before. Joe could have screwed her over easily, her being very naive. But he did not, paid her a fair wage, treated her with respect and gave her good advice.

unpermitted location with no showers or bathrooms, negotiated with the
talent and gave me a list of stuff to shoot (little did I know he told
them only 1/2 of what was on my sheet) He then put the talent through a
grueling shoot. Shot 6 complete scenes with stills, video and acting
scenarios which I completed in record time with no brakes and no food or
water supplied by Ama Joe Many hours later the talent laughed when he
tried to blame me for taking too long. They complained that they did
twice what was agreed upon at the start of the shoot to no avail. He
just called the agent and tried shift blame and squirm out of paying
more, but I am sure the agent knew what was up or found out after
talking to the talent.
The talent loudly stated they would never work for him again and stormed
out after thanking me for being nice to them and assuring me it was not
my fault. Three weeks later he only paid me 1/3 of what we agreed apon
even though every single still was perfectly exposed and video was way
better than his "features" that were shot by the shakiest camera camera
I have scene and were certainly not capable of ataining over 2 stars
from avn I heard he has hired (set up scam) many camera people just to
get the talent cheap and keep them longer that agreed upon and blame it
on them (set up scam) I was going to call the labor board on him but
seemed like too much trouble, may still...
Agents - bear in mind any producer is responsible for his employees
actions.
Talent, industry professionals, suppliers and everyone else - Stay away
from this lying, cheating, rip off artist. Why spend so much time,
energy and effort trying to rip people off when if you treat them right
riches will come back to you tenfold?

Joe from AMA.......Burns Talent $500.00

Monday, August 22nd, 2005. Jessica Jammer was hired for a g/g set
at 12:00pm to shoot for AMA Video. She was told by AMA, payment can be
picked up on the 31st of August. It has been now 1 month later,
still NO PAYMENT! Details were that 3 girls were hired from me to
shoot that day and I was told that all checks would be available on
August 31, 2005, along with management fees. August 31, I go to AMA ,
7334 Topanga Canyon Rd, to collect all checks for the girls. Joe
proceeds to hand me one check for the total amount of 1,300. I asked
him why he was paying me in one check for 3 different girls and myself,
his response..... That is all I have in the budget . I replied
with that is not acceptable, as well as, this is not the original
agreement. So he paid the other two girls their agreed rates and
told me that he was going to contact his producer and myself and have a
meeting to discuss the issue. After several attempts to contact him,
he has refused to pay both Jessica and myself. He has also refused to
speak to either one of us. A total of 3 girls shot that day and 2
were paid, but not Jessica Jammer.

His response now is to contact his lawyer.

I was not going to post this at all, until after reading that he had
burned a producer on another occasion for location fee. I feel that by
bringing this issue to light, that not only will both of us possibly be
compensated as originally agreed upon, in addition there might be other
talent with similar stories.

Warning to all Talent and Home Owners, Joe at AMA Video has not paid for Location.

Back on 8/31 we rented out our location to Joe and he promised he would send the check the next day well it is 9/20 and we still have no check. He has told my assistant who handles this for me he sent it several times. I am warning talent and location people GET YOUR MONEY as soon as you are done dont fall for the check in the mail line like we did!! I know this is not related to porn performance but I felt that people should know the Directors that dont pay like they promise too!!!

Besides Joe was warned that if he didnt have some respect and class and make good on the money that I would post this because at this point it is no longer about the money!!

If anyone else has had trouble with this company please report to this site!!

You are using spellcheck or a grammar workbook, and I can see the results.

I must point out, now that you have stopped using exclamation points after every third word or so, the value of hitting the RETURN key.

People do NOT like to read a giant blob of text all together. I am serious about this. You may well have a point, and you may well be correct in that point. But, no one will ever know if you keep posting these massive globs of letters with no break.

The internet is a wonderful tool for exposing fools, but most of the people reading what we (you) write will not sit through what looks like homework, so use the ENTER button sometimes.

Most people use it as a break. When you stop for a second, hit the ENTER button. When you are changing directions with your thoughts, use the ENTER button.

It makes people really consider what you have to say.

I am not critical of what you have written at all. I do not know you or Joe. But I do know that your presentation skills are vastly better than they were at the beginning of the "Are these Asian Chicks pussies Tight" thread.

You may well have something that should be exposed with AMA Joe. And you may not. But if you can at least present a logical and well-spoken argument from your perspective, you won't have the trolls coming into your threads to suck your blood while you make your point.
