Trust Me Non Of These Girls Care They Book With Other Shooters When They Are Exclusive. Contracts Dont Mean Much To These Girls. After All They Spend Everything They Make And Have Nothing To Show For Most Of The Time. They Have Nothing To Lose. Girls Breech Contracts All The Time. I Have Never Heard Of A Girl Getting Sued.

I have talked to Sandy about booking directly off myspace. This girl wants $1500 a scene (yeah right) this is nothing new. Most agency girls will book outside their contracts if you aren't a huge company. You can't trust these girls.

What Aaron might be trying to do is save a photographer and a new client from wasting money on a girl that legally is under an exclusive contract. Just because a model and her boyfriend want to shoot doesn't mean they care or understand the ramifications of contractual obligations.

Let me just make it clear that Sandy has never informed me that she is under any kind of legal contract for modeling exclusive purposes.

if you have a contract with this her, i suggest you take it up with her directly and not air your dirty laundry on GFY. Get your legal team and go after her.

It sounds to me like your contract is voided by either party and that should be confirmed or denied by each of your legal teams.

I dumped this shoot altogether as there is too much baggage on her.

I had a camera body walk off set while shooting her. Not saying SHE took it, but it's gone none the less and none of my production crew have ever stolen from me.

TR contracted for X days of work. The model failed to fully perform most of those days and even failed to show up on others. TR ended up paying us for more days of production than what the contract was for. Why? Because we were there ready to work and she was not. We gave her every opportunity to fulfill her contract. She failed miserably to fulfill hers...Yet, she still got paid and is bound to her exclusive contract.

FYI, her SCP was trying to book her for shoots WHILE she was shooting with me. He never had ANY intentions of upholding her end of the contract. He did that because he does not care about her personally or her liabilities and the contract had nothing to do with him so there's no threat to him there. He also physically and emotionally abused her in front of various people involved with the production.

Oh, and they also tried to steal clothing and props fom the set.

I was on set everyday (even the days she did not show up) and can verify most of what Aaron is saying... A camera did go missing during the shoot with a limited amount of ppl who had access, clothing was worn outside of the production (there are pics of her in them), she was hit and miss to even show up during the shoot days, her SCP did cause unneeded drama during the shoot days and slowed down production to a snail pace most days.

I personally got along with her on a one-on-one basis and thought she had some potential and could turn in a good scene when not bothered by the outside distraction that was her SCP.. Unfortunately I know he is still in the picture and would not work with her again as long as he is.
