What was Mansef worth when it became Manwin? They had a money laundering charge hanging over their head, sites they own, people employed, etc.
Who spends $100,000,000 on an online porn company? Investment groups, banks, financial concerns turn over every stone before they buy or invest. Remember the industry and the time it was bought. These people throw money around on the Stock Exchange. They don't throw it around on online porn companies.
Reading Fabian's track record, who would put him in charge of a company he said was worth $140,000,000 Not Wall street or any financial concern with clean money.

What are 1600++ employees doing? 1200 in Montreal and 400 in LA, plus all the rest. That's a lot of people, especially in an industry where a lot of work can be done by a computer. A labour intensive job is editing video, if done properly it takes a day to edit a 30 minute scene. Or 2 hours if just cleaned up titled and start and end stuck on. Then the computer converts. Design and initial programming, they are one off's and one programme can run on many sites still need these guys, uploading is automated, office staff yes. Still 1600????
As you know I have dealt, installed and visited companies of this size. Dealt with them at the highest level. They are not online porn companies owned by someone like Fabian. The man can't even dress in clean clothes to do a presentation.
Montreal has 1200 on 5 floors. 240 people per floor. Any one here worked at or with board level of a company this size? I have many times. Once you get to 1200 people in one office complex, you're dealing with a big company.
Now don't come back with myth and fables. Come back with facts. As there are so few I doubt if this will get anything but myths and fables.
