    Why you just know doomsday preppers are sick in their head

    Not because they are prepping but because they seriously hope shit will hit the fan and they can play Rambo. They can't wait for the day they can start shooting people who want to steal their food. There are several people like that on gfy as well. Choker for example.
    Ofcourse 95% of them are redneck Americans.

    Just watched another Episode of DP. What a fucking morons. These people watched too many Mad Max movies.

                      On the off chance of it happening, why do they think that the rest of the world is going to be dead and not them in their little second basement in their back yard?                           If there was such a catastrophic event that a person needed to retreat to a bunker and hide it is likely most people would die on their way to that bunker.

                          The only real use, as I see it, for preparedness is that there might be a situation where an earthquake or hurricane or floor or something like that hits and you are out of water/power for several days. Then having some food, flashlights and supplies would be very useful.

                                          It's the "silent majority" that are the real preppers. We watch them weekly buy water purification systems, long term survival foods, ammo in sealed cans, weapons, etc.

                                          These are normally meek laid back familys who are practicing carefully planned CYA.

These people present themselves on DP as ones who truly expect it, prepare for it, know what it will be, devote their life to preparation and if there isn't a little hope in them they will be proved right they are truly insane. Often we hear them say "When the shit hits the fan, I will be fine.? So add arrogance in there.

                                                                                          Their preparations are stupid and ineffectual. One guy was building a compound out of Containers that would stop a 33. Calibre bullet and can see a radius of 500 feet from the compound. So he's safe from a person with a 33. calibre rifle. Ex military with anything better have his balls. My friend can pick him off from a 1000 meters away and his buddies will turn up with enough fire power to remove the compound.

                                                                                          If the shit hits the fan, the army will step in and anyone who tries to stop them had best be able to match them in arms or training to stand a chance. Don't believe me?

No real prepper would show his stash to anyone, def not have it on national TV. People on that show are extremest idiots that just want attention. As I have stated before on this board my only "prep" is for extended power outages from either hurricanes or solar flares. My power went out this morning, first time in years. I flipped a few switches and had enough power for my computer, tv, and air conditioning. All provided from a solar cell system I put together. All other "doomsday scenarios" means game over as far as I am concerned. I don't dump money into dumb shit for this. My daughter is reselling everything I buy on ebay and her website and she is making a killing.
