No we have not been notified. Not 1 link reported to us. However, I would like to point out (see in the bottom two screenshots.) these must be newly uploaded files. You can tell because they appear only on 1 mirror. If any of you try (and I know some of you have) to upload a file to our system, you will see the replication is generally quite quick.

If AK did not upload this himself, he caught it pretty quickly. Please send us the links and we will take care of it. They do not appear in our database.

Take the text, type it into Google or a search engine for pirates. Find the link and delete. It seems easy to me. then you might find out how much pirated content you have.

I too found those links on SFL. I posted evidence proving as much.

This is not the first time a member on this forum was making stuff up. Why just yesterday someone claimed they were downloading Photoshop, but then later edited their post to hide his obvious lie.

AK is either doing the same, uploading content, or BOTH.

It is clear to me that there is no-one here serious about fighting piracy. Manufactured evidence, no cooperation, and lies. It is no wonder that copyright infringement goes on. You got a blank page because he's removed access to the directory listings of the files.

What site:beta.mercury.fileshoppe.net shows you is all the indexed items, but you can't see them as he's pulled them. Over time they will disappear from the Google index, however they last long enough for us to demonstrate that he's a pirate.

AK, we do not offer directory listings. In any case, even if they were up there, what does it say when they are no longer accessible?

On the one hand, if you find files that infringe copyright, you say "HA! Proof of being a pirate". On the other hand if the files are not accessible, you say "HA! Proof of being a pirate". So really its the same.

Of course! This is the point of me engaging in this forum. Many files have already been removed thanks to the efforts of some here, including AK.

But if you're not going to bother to check the links to see if the file has already been removed, and then say "SEE, HES A PIRATE", I don't think I'll have enough patience to stay here. And though many of you may like the sound of that, it does answer the question, "why are there so many file lockers about hosting copyright content?". The answer is simple. Because no one is doing anything about it, including AK and his crusaders. He is instead pocketing his donations and letting the problem persist. After all, why would he take down all those sites that ultimately result in him taking in a profit.

Post links you find here and they will be removed. Please check them though. I mean ACTUALLY check them. If you don't see a download button, its not available. If you do, and it is copyright, we will investigate and delete. If the file belongs to a particular user, we will terminate his/her account and all their files.

I don't know how anyone would consider this unreasonable. It's a pretty simple set-up really.

The problem was we had so many uploads and spent the money for servers because we saw ok users loving it and we need more space.

So we used the money we kept for the user payouts and spent it for new servers

We knew we had to safe some money but we saw that we ran out of server space and we knew we had enough earned so we spent everything into servers.

Perhaps you can understand our situation. If I would be you I would do it the same.

Next week we get a new credit card processor! We also fix a few bugs at our site.

We will bring back remote for free/registered users also! perhaps ftp for registered users too.

In the future we will do the following:

Only Traffic Limit / Day, Speed / Download Volume!

About Max. Size Limit we have to think again. Make suggestions please!

So our idea is to start completely fresh. This month or in Oktober.

We just can say sorry to all our users that we've disappointed! It was our fault

But the worst thing you can do now is to stop using the service. This will be the dead of our project!

So we ask you (This is just a question. The money still belongs to you!):

Would you waive your payments and start completely fresh with us??? We also have not seen any money!

We just paid bills and didn't earn something!

We promise this will never happen again!

It really astounds me that our proactive work to remove copyright content is not only being ignored, but actually being used in some futile attempt to threaten us.

Not all, but most of you have made me feel very unwelcome. I have tried to come here and cooperate with you all. Links that were found active and breached out TOS were promptly removed. Instead of acknowledging this, most of you just continue to bash and make unfounded comments of us being pirates, profiting from piracy, being 'pathetic' and simply spreading lies to suit your 'cause'.

Congratulations to you all. You have successfully driven us out of the forum and this forum will no longer be a channel for us to accept take down requests.

If any of you find your content being distributed using our system, please send us an E-Mail at [email protected].
