How much is your total debt?

I have about $2000 debt wise. Had alot more than that but paid most of it off. Its not from credit card though.

zero zero zero on every level. Last time I had debt I was 18, bought my first 2x speed CD-ROM writer, my actual gf borrowed me $100 for a few weeks.
However I am just going to build my very first own house and will need some bank loan, but only approx 10-15% of the total costs.

I can bet you whatever you want, that we can go to 15 banks of my choice and no matter if you are a millionaire, if you dont have a REGISTERED LEGAL FIXED MOTNHLY INCOME, they wont give you a CREDIT CARD... That's how Beaurocrats banks are, specially in year 2012...

I can BET you whatever you want that 90% of GFY posters dont qualify for a TRUE CREDIT CARD, EVER...

I have no fixed registered monthly income, but like Baddog, I have more than enough in my account to be SPAMMED by credit card offers and have it set up to pay automatically at the end of the month, thus avoiding any interrest payments

The problem is that you and other guys in your country always make it sounds like it's easy and you like the FACT that its easy, and that anyone can get everything over the counter...

they gave PRE-APPROVED LOANS of 1 million dollars with 1 click on internet to people in your country, before the 2008 mortage CRISIS.. and see what happened..

It's called a business, not working for someone 9-5. Business owners don't have fixed incomes, they have accountants, and tax returns, all that shit you know?
the moment you will get out of your mom's basement you will understand.

Might be the solution to the figures. Or in places like Czech where they don't give them out so easy, most here have debit cards. To the limit of what's in your account. I think, because I never had one, no money and the hut in the cabbage field is free.
