I guess you mean with a bank account...
BUT STILL, you need money to pay that... and to have money, you need to go to your bank and put money in the account, or DO SOMETHING to put money in the account..
unless you are a millionaire who has 2 million in his account and uses it to AUTO-PAY EVERYTHING for the next 10 years...
