"The court has concerns about the mental health of the individual filing these pleadings," according to the judge's order. The order directs the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office to investigate.
The suspected false motion has been filed under the name of a victim. The motion mentions conspiracies involving the Illuminati and the FBI.
