rent a car is the most important tip so you can drive all over (beaches and restos)

some other ones were rough and ugly (simpson bay, dawn beach)

We are actually staying near Simpson Bay
... but doesn't mean we have to spend our time on that beach. I was planning on renting a car or moped of some sort. I've rented mopeds on small islands before and it worked out great.
Thanks for the beach and restaurant suggestions also. I'll be sure to check them out.
