I knew it was U of W, didn't know if it was the best....but I do know they hire a lot of grads to work at Microsoft, RIM, etc..

Not everyone is entrepreneurial and they prefer or have to follow the traditional path. They probably prefer working for a company and making a comfortable living rather than making their own "path".
