    can someone please tell me why my incoming icq messages are not coming through??



    I can see the "xxxx is typing" but then the message doesn't come through

      I get this all the time if I add someone but he doesn't add me

      are you using ICQ lite too?

              Some alternative icq-clients use this feature for online-check.
