In my parents generation, which is Paul's generation, that somewhat normal. It my grandparents generation, it was normal. It is only our generation where people got so uptight about everything under the sun and passed laws that vary from state to state, country to country.
Depending on where you live, having sex with a 15 year old is perfectly legal. The only thing that makes it "sick" are your own thoughts about it, probably influenced by your Christian beliefs or inner demons.
Not too long ago MetArt had minors and CCbill was billing for them. No one thought that was sick. Pedophilia is sick, but 15 is too old for pedophiles.
