This is a REPUBLICAN idea and one of the few that is fair, equitable, and makes perfect sense.

The Republican opposition to a mandate now is FAKE - just like everything else about the Republiscams - they feign outrage over it because it makes for an easy accusation "Gov TAKEOVER of health care" "Obama wants to FORCE you to carry health ins" they are hoping the electorate are too dumb to grasp the obvious logic and mathematical necessity of it.
