As mentioned, plugrush is a good option, but you need to test your plugs with low volumnes first to make sure that the traffic that plug works and converts for you.
If you need feeder traffic, to get your tubesite trades going. I totally recommend you hit up Ravo from FPC Traffic, great guy and his traffic performs well. If you need the cheapest stuff around, I think that AVA Traffic might be a decent place to go, but I haven't bought that much traffic from them, prices are good though!
Research, test, profit. Or fail.

My friend is selling his tube site for $200-$500 its established PR2 with less then 200,000 Alexa rating and an active forum. Its making about $1 a day in revenue, but I am sure you can increase that abit with better ad placements. Good place to start at a low cost.

Remember one thing, Google,You tube and Face book doesn't become popular in one day.
If you want your site to be popular, ask other adult webmaster to upload videos(make sure to include celebrity).
