I handle their MAP policing as well. Without divulging too much, the owners were a little lax with reseller agreements and the undercutters came out in droves. It's been rough putting the genie back in the bottle, hehe.
The company won't honor warranties for undercutter units bought through amazon and ebay,
I also sent out an email notice that the affiliate program Karma Treasures will be closing and the affiliate marketing will be done through shareasale (not my choice).
You'll love your DaVinci and the new customer service gal there, Jessica, is really good and will take care of you if you have any issues with your unit. I should know, I trained her myself ;-) |
