PSD is to do your design, text, layout and output into CUT-UP slices.

Well most dont understand the concept of divisions instead of tables...

its not their fault... thats what were here for...

I talked for a few with boss and understood fully what he needs but he needs it quicker than I can supply it...

(ie css is only used for backgrounds and fonts and such)

Your one of very few people I would reccomend for designs since you are in year 2007 /design and code wise
