What kind of privacy policy do you guys have?
Regardless of whether this account is a suspected file locker or serving illegal content or whatever the case may be, how can you be giving this information in the open? This is the second time you commented on someones account to a public forum. Is this type of information not covered by your privacy policy? If not:
Can you tell me how many transactions the OP has completed within the past 3 months please? Can you also tell me when he became verified?
I'm sure he'd be pretty upset if you actually answered my questions.
I mean this is absolutely unbelievable to me that you can divulge any information about anyone regardless of what they are accused of to people with no authority whatsoever.
You are a company that deals with money. Your customers confidentiality should be a major priority regardless of who they are. You should not be giving out any information to anyone to help maintain your credibility because you are under attack. No one here is an authority that you must answer to. I understand why you want to respond, but these details are not necessary.
In my eyes this shows me your company has many risk factors, and perhaps makes you look even worse than "supporting" file lockers.
Throughout this thread you have given away information about a customers account status, their activity or lack thereof, and also how you handle accounts in general. You obviously don't take privacy seriously at all, when in a business like yours it is of extreme importance.
